Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of BH Repair Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
BH Repair Service provides professional small engine repair and maintenance services including but not limited to:
- Lawn mower repair and maintenance
- Chainsaw service and sharpening
- Generator repair and testing
- Pressure washer service
- Leaf blower and trimmer repair
- Other small engine equipment repair
Service Process
Estimates and Authorization
- We provide free diagnostic services and written estimates for all repair work
- No repair work will begin without your explicit authorization
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
- Additional charges may apply if problems are discovered during repair that were not apparent during initial diagnosis
Equipment Drop-off and Pickup
- Equipment must be dropped off during regular business hours unless other arrangements are made
- You are responsible for removing all personal items and fuel from equipment before drop-off
- Equipment left for more than 30 days after completion notification may be subject to storage fees
- We are not responsible for equipment left on our premises for more than 60 days after completion notification
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service and pickup of equipment.
Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Estimates do not include applicable taxes
- Additional charges may apply for parts not included in the original estimate
- Emergency or after-hours service may incur additional charges
Warranty Terms
Labor Warranty
- We provide a 90-day warranty on all labor performed
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship only
- Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by factors beyond our control
- Warranty repairs must be performed by BH Repair Service to remain valid
Parts Warranty
- New parts are covered by manufacturer warranty terms
- Used or refurbished parts carry a 30-day warranty
- Customer-supplied parts are not covered by our warranty
- Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided
- We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages
- We are not liable for delays in service due to parts availability or other factors beyond our control
- Equipment value limitations may apply to older or heavily damaged equipment
Equipment Storage
- We maintain reasonable security for equipment in our possession
- We are not responsible for theft, fire, or other damage beyond our reasonable control
- Equipment is stored at customer's risk
- We recommend removing valuable accessories before drop-off
Customer Responsibilities
Equipment Condition
- Provide accurate information about equipment problems and history
- Remove fuel and personal items before drop-off
- Inform us of any safety concerns or special handling requirements
- Provide proof of ownership if requested
Safety and Compliance
- Follow all safety instructions provided with repaired equipment
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose
- Perform recommended maintenance to keep warranty valid
- Report any safety concerns immediately
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service Cancellation
- You may cancel service before work begins without charge
- Diagnostic fees may apply if work has already been performed
- Completed work cannot be cancelled but may be covered by warranty terms
- Parts ordered specifically for your equipment may not be returnable

Emergency repair services may be available outside normal business hours for an additional fee. Emergency service is provided on a best-effort basis and is subject to technician availability.

We dispose of all waste materials, including oil, filters, and parts, in accordance with local environmental regulations. We encourage customers to properly maintain their equipment to minimize environmental impact.
